I'm Katie, owner and designer. My goal is to ensure you have a brand that books the clients you really want, while providing an experience that makes you feel like family. Stage One
Let's meet up for a cup of coffee (virtually of course) so that we can get to know each other. This is an opportunity for you to share all about your business, your goals, and your vision for this project.
I'll take the time to further dive into the process, put together a custom strategic project strategy, and brainstorm with you.
We can talk about timelines, what to expect and payment plan information if that's something you're interested in.
Your FREE brand & website evaluation
Stage Two
Once we determine we are a good fit for each other + have an agreed upon project timeline, I will send you an official proposal + contract. An accepted proposal, signed contract and paid deposit will officially secure your project dates on my calendar.
From there I will activate your personal client portal, send you a custom project timeline so you're always in the know, and kick-off your assigned homework!

Stage Three
When your project officially begins I will start out by doing some extensive market + competition research. You will have a couple of worksheets to complete providing me some more in-depth information on your brand and ideal client.
I will create your mood board and ideal client profile. We will also work together to curate your brand glossary and business goals.

Stage Four
Let's start designing! You've approved your brand moodboard and brand voice guide. I will be strategically designing your new brand identity and Showit website. Your brand visuals are only one part of the overall experience. I want to ensure you understand how they're all used & why I made the design decisions I did. We will talk through it together and you'll have an opportunity to make revisions along the way.

Stage Five
Happiest day of the whole project! Your new website is now published live and I deliver your final branding files to you! I'm here for you celebrating and doing a little happy dance! There may or may not be a special launch day delivery involved for you. :)
Our work isn't finished, we will have one last Zoom meeting so that I can turn your website over to you and show you how to make updates as needed.

What if I know I am ready, but am unsure exactly what I want my branding and website to look like?
This is more common than you think! We will go through a phase of "discovery" where we will uncover all of this and get to the heart of your business. If you know you are ready, don't hesitate to get started! I will help you get there.
Do you offer custom copywriting?
Copywriting is not included in the package, but is highly recommended. Copywriting is what will help you rank for SEO as well as guide those dream clients through the page(s) of your website. We have a list of recommended copywriters for you to outsource separately and we will work closely with your selected copywriter.
What website platform do you use?
Our websites are designed and developed using Showit. We are confident you will love it, if you're not already using it. The support team, community, help docs, and ease of use are a few of the many reasons we love it for our clients.
Do you offer payment plans?
Our standard payment structure splits your investment up into four equal parts at various times through the booking and project process. If you need additional installments please let us know and we will work out a custom payment plan option.
What other fees will I need to be concerned about?
You will need to purchase your domain and setup your Showit subscription. In addition, if you have any e-commerce needs, please let us know so we can provide you with a custom quote for development. Copywriting is also an additional fee and varies based on writer and scope of work.
What can I expect when our time together is finished?
We love to continue engaging with our clients and foster an ongoing relationship with you!
Immediately following your project we will be contracted for a set amount of time to help with anything that may need attention. You will also be setup with a website handoff guide so that you can confidently manage your website moving forward.
